Carlo Mosca

Commercial cross-border lawyer and mediator. Past CEDR faculty member. He has been promoting mediation in Italy since '90, and has been the initiator of Curia Mercatorum and Quadra. He is now responsible for Quadra programs, and director of Quadra training.

Joseph Folger

Dr. Folger is a Professor of Communication and Organizational Development at Temple University in Philadelphia. He is one of the founder of the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation (ISCT). He conducts research and teaches in the area of conflict management, mediation, group process and decision-making.Dr. Folger has worked extensively as a third party intervener and mediator in organizational, community and family disputes. He is currently a senior consultant with Communication Research Associates where he conducts communication skills training, coaching and conflict intervention.

Jane Gunn

Jane is a highly experienced lawyer and mediator who specializes in complex and highly emotive cases. She was accredited in 1996 (CEDR), and has recently been made a Mediator Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Lawrence Kershen

Accredited by CEDR in 1994. His background is as a lawyer, with over thirty years' litigation experience. His practice has covered most aspects of common law work, including civil, commercial and criminal cases. In 1992 he was appointed Queen's Counsel.
