Vincenza Bonsignore began her work in 1994 when, after having qualified as a lawyer, as head of the Centre for Studies, Research and Documentation of the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, she was involved in alternative justice, deepening arbitration and, later, commercial mediation from the perspective of legal theory and through conducting research, updating and indexing of the bibliography fund, the evaluation of candidate mediators, the scientific planning and organization of training courses and conferences on ADR, as well as conducting training activities (especially in the field of conflict, negotiation, conciliation, mediation, family mediation, etc..) courses organized by the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, at its office or at other institutions.

She became a family mediator in 1998 and was able to further develop the theory and practice of mediation, working with major private and public family mediation centres (1998 to 2006 at the Center for Social and Criminal Mediation of the Municipality of Milan and then, ASL at the City of Milan, the Family Planning FELCEAF S. Giuliano Milanese and Caravaggio), both for the managing of cases, both in the field of education (among others teaching at Ge.A Association, the 'AIMe.F., the Centre of Studies and the Institute Carlo Bruni) and research (in collaboration with a research of the Center for Family Studies on the practice of the Court of Milan in the field of family mediation).

Subsequently, she achieved her second degree in psychology in 2003, and deepened the conciliation / mediation from the perspective of the dynamics of communication and negotiation. On November 17th, 2010 she specialized in systemic-relational psychotherapy at the School of Family Psychotherapy "Mara Palazzoli" and she is currently a practicing psychotherapist.

From 2007 to 2009 she collaborated with the University of Milano-Bicocca, Chaired by Prof. Diamantini, with whom she founded "negotium" laboratory research and training on negotiation and its applications. Research Fellow in 2008-2009, at the same university, she worked on the study on the quality of services for conciliation and the reasons for the failure to adhere to the second part of the mediation process.

Later she continued her activities as a researcher, trainer of mediation / conciliation and evaluator of mediators at the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, other Chambers of Commerce (Brescia, Arezzo, Catania, Lucca, Milan, Vibo Valentia, Trieste, Modena, Turin, Matera , Monza and Unioncamere Lombardia), Isdaci, Quadra ADR, Forensic Foundation of Milan, Universitas Mercatorum, University (Catholic University, University of Pavia and Urbino Alexandria), Professional (Council of the Bar Association of Milan, Council of 'Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan, Bolzano, Trento, Padua, Rovigo) and other institutions of Accountants Board, Province of Caserta, ASAC, IDLO, ANIA, Isdaci, Equilibrium Association, the Prison Administration (Ancona and Parma).

Also in the same field she is the author since 2007, on behalf of ISDACI and in collaboration with this institution, the Chamber of Commerce of Milan and Unioncamere, of the research that conveyed into the "Report on the spread of alternative justice in Italy", now in its fifth edition and promoted through events organized always by Isdaci.

Also since 2007 she works as a professional psychologist-psychotherapist for individuals, couples and families, mediator and technical consultant. Since 2009 she is Technical Advisor to the Court of Milan.

IFounder and Project Coordinator of the Municipality of Milan's project  "Growing up learning to manage conflicts," developed in two editions of 2008-2009 and 2010-2011, in various schools in different types and levels of Milan, for the deepening of the thematic of conflict and school mediation.
