The Book:
A life changing guide to happiness at work and at home
Almost every instance of conflct or dispute at work is the catalyst for, or is mirrored by, conflict at home. In the same way relationships at home have dramatic impact on our ability to create a productive and harmonious work life.
This book seeks to highlight that the same skills and tools can be used to manage conflicts and disputes between individuals, groups of people, organisations and even between nations.
"Don't let the title put you off... this book takes a serious look at conflict resolution, tackling things early so that you don't let issues from either domain, boardroom or bedroom, negatively impact the other, Jane Gunn writes in an accessible, entertaining manner about communicaton, negotiation, resolution"
Kriss Akabusi MBE
"This book should become a classic, I’ll give copies away and urge people to read and re-read it, as I will. It speaks to a world that needs to understand and act on your message”
Jack Levin, Partner, Covington & Burling LLP, New York
