Author of various publications in Italian and English, among which the treatise “L’arbitrato commerciale negli Stati Uniti d’America e suoi rapporti con l’ordinamento italiano” (Commercial arbitration in the U.S.A. and its relationship with Italian arbitration), Milan, Giuffrè, 1974 and the Italian chapter in the book “EU Banking and Insurance Insolvency”, edited by Moss and Wessels, Oxford University Press, 2006 and “Luci e ombre della normativa in materia di class actions” (Italian legislation on class actions), in Iustitia, 2010, p. 393.

He specialises in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, both domestic and international. He also specialises in intellectual property (both in contractual aspects and in litigation), in commercial contracts, in insolvency and restructuring, in corporate matters (inclusive of Mergers and Acquisitions and Joint Ventures) and in sports law.

He has often been appointed as arbitrator, also as sole arbitrator, in addition to serving as counsel, both in national and international arbitrations. He has acted as a Court expert on Italian law and civil procedure, including proceedings before the High Court in London, England.

He is a member of the Milan Bar, of the International Bar Association (IBA), of Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), of the International Trademark Association (INTA), to which he has also been appointed as a delegate and European subcommittee member, of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA), of the International Insolvency Institute (III), of the Association Suisse de l’Arbitrage (ASA) and of the Chinese European Arbitration Centre (CEAC) Advisory Board.
