Courses
Quadra devotes large part of its efforts in delivering training programs on ADR topics, also on third party's order.

Mediation
A typical MST (Mediation Training Skills) is a 52-hour course, in 6 day. A variety of APFs (in-depth seminars) are also available on different topics. The whole mediation training program is certified by the Italian Ministry of Justice.

Arbitration
The arbitration training program is realised in co-operation with AIA (Italian Association for Arbitration) and it is aimed to provide both a solid knowledge of arbitration theory and to enhance practical participants abilities.
Negotiation
The negotiation basic training (NEG) is a 6-day course, mixing focuses on negotiation skills and case-study practice.
